The entire experience was amazing! We were treated like gold from the time we started our booking process. They met us in town and took our bags to the hotel and right to the room for us and the same at checkout. Everyone was so polite and helpful. The site was beautiful with such incredible views. The restaurants had great service, food and drinks. This was such a stress free, relaxing experience I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Zermatt.

Good and quiet hotel location. Good view of the Matterhorn. The service of the staff was very good too. However, the room was a bit hot as there was only window on one side. Moreover, the omelette and crepe at breakfast were not up to standard - the omelette was too dry, the texture of the crepe was bad (too thick, rough and dry). The scambled egg was better.
