The room had an old feel and smell to it. The room triggered my family sneezing and coughing which usually happens when mold is present. The showers were hot and the bed was comfortable and staff was cordial.

The room was clean and the hotel was close to the tower hill train station. The breakfast was excellent, we would stay here again.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but there was an issue with the lift that made me feel scared as I was trapped for a short while until I pressed the bell and hotel staff responded instantly to rescue me out.

I didn’t have the breakfast, but the pubs nearby were nice. Staff is friendly, the hotel is a little outdated. Also the AC decides when it is going to work, I didn’t spend too much time in my room so it was fine. Would stay again!

Clean room. Great breakfast, friendly staff. The tub is very tall and quite dangerous to get in and out of for well mobile people- keep in mind when booking a normal suite if low mobility. There was a generator sound you could hear non stop from our room on the 5th floor- almost sounded like bass of music but constant.
