Towels were only changed every couple days .The kitchen area has most things but no toaster oven or microwave so very limited to doing much as only 1 ring. Location is little out centre but taxis was only 40 ,000 dong so wasn't a problem .

롯데마트에서 가까운 만족스런 호텔

한국에서 다낭에 도착하면 대부분 자정이 넘어가 있습니다. 비싼 호텔에 체크인하기엔 돈이 아깝고, 조금 저렴한 다른 호텔을 찾을 것입니다. 저희는 다음날 메인호텔에 체크인하기전에 롯데마트에서 장을 보기로 하였고, 이곳에서 하루숙박하기로 했습니다. 매우 만족스럽습니다. 늦게 체크인을 해서 걱정했는데 미리 연락해서 체크인시간을 물어보았습니다. 숙소에 도착하니 경비원이 저희를 맞이해주었고, 바로 체크인을 하여 잠을 청할수 있었습니다. 주변에는 커피숍과 현지 식당이 있고 롯데마트로 가는 중간에는 공원이 있습니다. 체크아웃시에 짐 나르는 것을 도와주고 택시잡는것을 도와주었습니다. 조식은 없습니다. 도착했을때 실내가 조금 더웠던게 아쉬웠지만, 에어컨과 선풍기가 있어서 금방 시원해졌습니다. 무엇보다 데스크에 계시는 분이 친절합니다.

Hotel has potential - staff were helpful.

The manager contacted me straight after the booking to ask what time I will arrive at hotel. Note the reception is not 24 hour. She contacted me using an expedia noreply email address so my reply did not reach her, also the homelike website contact us page was out of order. You can phone homelike though, also they have a gmail address, which we ended-up using. I booked City view room. This room is impressive. Very spacious and high ceiling. It boasts a great view of the city. It's definitely worth paying extra. This room is overlooking main road and I am very sensitive to noise, so asked manager to change to a 2 window room after check-in. But note that, there are long stay customers staying in City View room, so should not be an issue for most. Small issue with bathroom pipe leaking, which was sorted out in couple of hours, but some insistence was necessary. Note that they close front shutter after 11 pm, but there is an onsite guard, so you may be able to come in and out at your leisure. Hotel is located near danang helio center.
