Always the best stay in NYC. As a native this place has become my familiar destination . Cal at the front will go out his way to make your stay incredible. The staff always friendly and welcoming. I love the uniqueness of the beautiful historical gem of a building. There are enough choices for dining or relaxing at the spa that you never ever have to leave this beautiful fortress of a hotel

Hotel Chelsea is a wonderful place to stay in the Chelsea neighborhood with a rich history. William gave us a private tour of the property with great stories about it's past, including his personal experiences. We had a minor issue with the hot water which was promptly fixed. A fun, somewhat funky place and we will definitely be back.

Great room, excellent care from the room cleaning/freshening staff. Breakfast in the Cafe was surprisingly and disappointingly mediocre for such a quality hotel. Outstanding lobby bar. Would stay again.
