The hotel didn't have water. The staff was supposed to inform me about it but they didn't. About the water they said there was nothing they could do. El peor hotel en el que me he quedado

La PEOR experiencia de mi VIDA en un hotel, desde la llegada, todo a base de mentiras, no respetaron sus horarios de check in, y el personal de recepción, son personas GROSERAS. Después de esperar horas, me informaron que harían una reserva directa cuando la había hecho por Hoteles.com y me querían volver a cobrar y además me dieron una habitación que no me correspondía, me tuve que quejar. La habitación tenía manchas por todos lados, el elevador se atora y es horrible. Las luces de la habitación no servían, nadie contestaba el teléfono y para colmo no había agua. me tuve que ir de ese hotel, y ahora se rehusan a reembolsarme, de verdad jamás había vivido una experiencia como esta tan desastrosa.

Hotel familiar, cerca de Paseo de la reforma , bien ubicado.lo único es que rentas la habitación dice que tienen ventilador, pero lo tienes que pedir, no hubo agua caliente la noche que estuve ni la mañana es limpio, sábanas limpias, tienes que llevar tu shampoo y solo te dan 2 toallas chicas. Todo bien . Pague con desayuno pero no me regresaron los 100 pesos del desayuno porque esa mañana que yo iba a estar el restaurant cerraba, no me.lo reembolsaron. Pido aquí mi reembolso del desayuno. Que el restaurant no abrió el día domingo.

Puede mejorar

En el baño de la habitación había un problema de fuga de agua, el cual tardaron mucho en abordar. Quise llamar al hotel para preguntar algo antes de mi estancia, no contestan el teléfono ni los emails. No obstante, las camas están algo bajas, pero cómodas, es un sitio tranquilo y ubicado en una zona muy segura, rodeado de locales y puestos cercanos para comer algo, en caso de que no quieras ir al restaurante. Y el personal muy amable.

Sin agua pero con chinches

El recepcionista de la tarde es extremadamente lento y poco atento, hay dos personas pero como caja del oxxo solo uno atiende, busca la reserva y te envía a tu habitación, en el camino puedes ver lo deteriorado que esta el inmueble, eso te da una idea de lo que te espera, una habitación con alfombra de dudosa limpieza, baño con poco cuidado al medio ambiente ya que se fuga el agua del retrete lo que provoca que al siguiente día no tengas agua, al bañarte para tratar de descansar notas que la llave del agua caliente no funciona, las camas son muy duras, y las sabanas se ven con poca higiene, durante la noche te das cuenta que fuiste el alimento de las chinches que plagan la cama, en la mañana al intentar bañarte te das cuenta que no hay agua, tratas de llamar a recepción pero el teléfono no funciona, llamas desde tu celular para avisar del problema, esperas 20 a 30 minutos empieza a caer agua, obvio el agua caliente sigue sin funcionar y al abrir la ventana para que entre luz, puedes ver a tu vecino de habitación durmiendo en pleno acto ya que hay poca privacidad y ahora entiendes que los ruidos que escuchabas anoche no era mas que un acalorado encuentro en otra habitación, te retiras del lugar y dejas la llave, con mucha consternación de la noche que pasaste en un lugar del cual las fotos no coinciden con lo que acaba de pasar.
