El servicio de todas las personas en este hotel es magnífico. Fue una excelente experiencia viajando con nuestro perro, hasta unos "treats" nos regalaron para el al llegar al hotel. El desayuno fue delicioso y está muy cerca del centro de Tapalpa. Muy recomendado!

El hotel y la atención recibida fueron muy buenos, nos gustó mucho. Lo único que me pareció malo fue que había Mucho ruido en la noche, no pudimos dormir aunque nos dejaron tapones de oídos. Al lado del hotel hay gallos, pavos y pájaros que cantan toda la madrugada…
