Saw bugs in my room during my stay. Needed a fridge in the room but other than that it was a quiet peaceful stay much needed.

Clean room, a lot of restaurants nearby was a plus.

The room itself was clean but there were little roaches all in the door jam so they scatter when you open the door. One of them almost left with me on my backpack. The towels smelt clean and had obviously been washed but many of them still looked dirty and had stains. Wasn’t a terrible experience but the roaches were a big no for me. The gentleman at check in was very kind and amazing though.

I had very low expectations about this motel. But I was surprised to find clean floors, a clean bathroom and clean bedding. When I first walked into the room the air conditioning temperature was perfect and it worked well.

Avoid. Our room was gross. There was a crack in the tub so water had been going into the floor under the tub. The whole room felt like a sauna. They had a bag hanging in the closet area to collect humidity and it was full of water. The place stank of bug spray or deoderizer. The bed was broken down but ok. The frame was disgusting. The floors were dirty. The bathroom was dirty. I slept in my clothes. I did not complain to management because we were in Austin during the busiest weekend of the year for a football game and we didnt have any options for an affordable room. Ill say that the location was good. Near a nice shopping center and Starbucks. Cybercab will pick you up and take you downtown. But other than that, make sure you book ahead of time so you dont have to resort to staying at this place. Avoid, avoid avoid.

Staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. For being so inexpensive you can’t ask for much more than that.

Check in was fine room looked spacious. TV was spotty. Air conditioning was weird. Put in on cool, no problem. Put in heat and somehow the air smells of urine. Good location otherwise.

The room was small, but clean and the bed and air conditioning comfortable. Small TV, no refrigerator, most vending machines and laundry were labeled out of order. Got service according to local price for motels

The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. The room was extremely clean. There was a few small roaches here and there but not enough to cause concern. Overall a great stay and comfortable room.

Even though it's a low budget motel the staff is great and I've always had clean rooms and linens. I'm in Austin twice a year, if not more, and I always stay here
