Location is very close to Korea town - lots of food options, Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden, Penn Station, shopping and lots of subways lines - easy to get to and from airports - Newark, La Guardia & JFK. Staff are friendly, hotel is quiet at night.

The hotel was clean and everything worked. The front staff at the main front desk (south side) was a bit grumpy, but the desk staff at the north side made up for it.

Had a great experience it started out with a little bit of trouble with the shower door, but they jumped all over it and got it fixed The location is cool and the terrace room is really interesting if you want a unique experience, definitely would look it again Great location

The room was clean and spacious, front desk staff was helpful and reachable 24/7, the location was great, and their partner gym next door was excellent. The only downside to the room is the AC was not amazing and it wasn't clear how you could turn it to heat. Luckily, the temperature outside was pleasant so I had a very comfortable stay.

Great location in Koreatown. Staff was super helpful. Comfy bed. I had a room with a kitchen (I didn’t need it, but it was set up well!). The bed was a full perfect for a solo traveler and it was comfy. Room was quiet and clean, and bathroom was nice. Super close to Grand Central

The hotel is a little dated, but it's clean and very well located. The small kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast and save some money. The front desk staff was friendly.
