Sehr schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage für Kurzurlaub. Direkt am Meer; in 5 - 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Bahn und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vor allem zu vielen guten Restaurants direkt nebenan oder am Hafen. Super freundliches Personal und sauberes Zimmer. Da außerhalb von Nizza auch alles gut mit dem Auto erreichbar (und Parkplatz beim Hotel dabei). Frühstück war auch absolut in Ordnung.

Very nice hotel and great location however up keeping of the premises requires a lot of improvement. View from the rooms balcony is amazing as hotel is situated at beachfront. It is close to local shops and restaurants. Reception staff very kind and friendly. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with condition of our room. It not only had cobwebs around the bed and on furnitures, lamps etc but the bathroom was also not cleaned properly and we even found some human hair in the sink and bath. Breakfast was rather basic but there was something for everyone to choose from the only problem was that if you didn’t come when it first open there will not be much left as kitchen staff do not replace food that has already gone. There were plenty of kitchen staff but they were too busy chatting while having cigarettes outside of dinning room windows. On one occasion we seen one of the staff putting cigarette down then walking

the property is not in nice, just incase someone needs to know this, its in villa loubet which is just outside nice. it’s a much quieter town and feels more local than touristy. the property could use some updating. i think if you have a seaview room, your experience may be better than if you don’t. the beach is nice anf there is a marina close by with many food options. breakfast was good just very repetitive. there is a train station about 3 mins walk away which makes this location very convenient to get to all the other towns (nice , Antibe, Eze, Cannes, monaco). overall we probably wouldn’t stay here again though.

Great stay on our last night in France. Quick to the airport and it’s a really nice walk around the marina and all the restaurants. We also saw the fireworks from the balcony that happened in Nice.

Bra hotell med utsøkt beliggenhet

Veldig bra hotell for prisen. Rent, gode senger og aircondition som fungerte bra i høy temperatur. Vi er glad for at vi bestilte rom med terrasse mot havet, det er hotellets høydepunkt med nydelig utsikt. Stranden er steinete og litt vond å gå på, men vannet er fantastisk og det er ikke så mye folk akkurat her så du kan sitte litt i fred selv i høysesong. God inkludert frokost og hyggelige ansatte som lagde kaffe, lånte oss håndklær og strandmadrasser og ellers hjalp oss med det vi trengte. Kort vei til togstasjon som vi brukte nesten hver dag for å reise inn til Antibes. Vi kommer tilbake en senere anledning!

One week in july 2025

+Väldigt bra frukostbuffé med färska frukter, bröd och bakverk. Äggröra, bacon, korv. Ost och chark mm. Bra utsikt vid havet. Man vaknar och somnar till vågorna. - 1,5 vecka före vistelsen fick vi meddelande om att restaurangen skulle vara stängd hela juli viket var en besvikelse då vi ville ha hotel med restaurang då vi reste med barn. Då det var högsäsong var alla likvärdiga hotell fullbokade i området/Antibes så 2800 euro kändes väldigt dyrt för en vecka på ett hotel utan restaurang/bar. Hotellet ligger 10 minuters promenad från marinan där det finns ett total restauranger med olika typer av mat. Sedan finns 3 restauranger vid strandpromenaden som är väldigt bra. Lidl ligger 5 minuter från hotellet. Tågstation även det 5 minuter från hotellet där man en gång i halvtimmen kan ta sig till Antibes, Juan les Pins, Cannes, Nice etc vilket var väldigt billigt och smidigt. Hotellet tar runt 4000-4500 per natt för rum mot vattnet under sommaren, det är det inte värt. Snarare 2500-3000 kr. Frukost och havsutsikten tar man med sig. Ryskafranska receptionister så räkna inte med ett leende när du passerar receptionen. Dock trevliga vid kontakt.

We just got back from Villa Azur and I highly recommend this hotel. First and foremost, they supply beach towels, beach mattress and umbrella. The location is amazing! 5 minute walk to train station, 10 minute train ride to Nice and 10 minute train ride to Cannes. Across the street from the train station you have a big grocery store « Inter Marché » which was very convenient. You can walk 10 minutes to the Marina and they have restaurants of all kinds. As for the hotel, the breakfast is very good with croissants, etc..fresh fruit, omelettes, bacon, sausage, yogourts, bread, coffee, etc. The housekeeping team keeps your room clean and changes your towels upon request. Reception is quick and efficient and is always there to serve you. The beach could not be closer to your room. I highly recommend beach side. You will even hear the waves with your patio door closed. That’s how close it is. Beach is rocky so bring water shoes and all will be good. Ocean is beautiful and warm this time of year. I cannot say enough about this place. Truly loved our stay and hope to be back some day!! Thank you everyone at Villa Azur for making our stay a memorable one!

Et greit hotell med en fin plassering rett på stranden mellom Nice og Antibes. Greit med egen parkeringsplass. God frokost, hyggelig personale. Eneste minuset var at air condition på rommet var litt slapp. Litt vanskelig å få tak i Uber/Bolt for transport på ettermiddagen inn til Antibes, men togstasjonen ligger like ved.

Wir waren das erste Mal in dem Hotel. Es hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage direkt am Meer. Wir hatten das Deluxe Zimmer zum Meer mit Terasse. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, mit Sofa und Sessel. Einem großem Kingsize Bett. Leider war im Bad nur eine Wanne, mit sehr hohem Einstieg, keine Dusche. Die Terasse war sehr gross, bestückt mit zwei Liegen und einem Tisch mit zwei Stühlen. Die Zimmer mit Terrasse sind nur von der Terasse zugänglich, so dass andere Gäste immer an einem vorbei müssen. Das Hotel selber ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, so dass einige Dinge erneuert, bzw. aufbereitet werden müsste. Am Hotel gibt es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Das,Frühstück war ausreichend, jedoch könnte eine etwas größere Auswahl an Brot und Belag gegeben sein. Der Standort ist gut zum Bahnhof gelegen. 5 min zu Fuss. Man kommt mit der Tram in 15 min nach Nizza, 4 min nach Antibes und in 20 min nach Cannes. Unser Résumé für das Hotel: Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Hotel with fantastic Sea View

We needed an overnight stay close to Nice and wanted to be close to the sea. Wow, this is the perfect choice as our room felt like it was practically in the sea. We had a huge balcony and the waves come right up underneath us. Stunning. In addition very friendly and helpful staff and a good, wide choice breakfast which was included. 5 minute walk to the marina which had so many restaurants to chose from. Fantastic find and we’d definitely come back for a longer stay.

The rooms were too hot as they had the air conditioning turned off. Restaurant is closed until May. The windows are sound proofed and the noise is very high
