Lovely Hotel, Great Staff, Great location
The staff are lovely. Friendly, helpful and nice and welcoming. The staff are the best part of the hotel. The room was nice, but the bed wasn’t the most comfortable (my only gripe). The hotel is situated in a great location, very close to train station and central Nice City Centre.

Do not go there
Nobody told that there is no parking. You can park in payable (€20/day) parking somewhere around and walk to the hotel or find parking on the street. When we were very unhappy about it, the manager did not try to solve an issue. The area is very unsave.

Small rooms, barely any storage space. You’re your own concierge as they don’t have sufficient staff. Eg. I had to go down to pick up the ironing board & iron myself. Inconsistent experience with staff, eg. on the last night I couldn’t get a bottle of water — “it’s housekeeping’s job, and I don’t have any”. Proximity to train station is good. Overpriced for what you get. I wouldn’t stay here again.
