Fantastic hotel with clean rooms and areas, friendly staff and good facilities. Right near the metro and central enough to be easy. Free mini bar and afternoon snacks were great too and you can go to other hotels in the chain to visit if you are in a different area.

10/10 Exceptional

Having never been to Paris before, I was very unsure where to book a hotel. After reading the reviews and considering the location, I decided on Hotel Le 123 Sebastopol. The room (and property) was VERY clean, the bed was VERY comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We were there in the middle of a Paris heatwave and their air-conditioning was great!!! If I am ever fortunate enough to go to Paris again, I will definitely stay here!

6/10 Good

This hotel is superbly located very close to the metro and shops and cafes. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I was disappointed by the room, which was spacious and comfortable but the balcony view I paid for was actually a terrace overlooking a dirty looking apartment block and some pipes at the back of the hotel. I had assumed a balcony with city view would look out onto the street and be Parisian in style rather than a astro turfed terrace. The hotel itself is faultless albeit a bit odd with cinema themed decor.

Very tranquil hotel with everything we needed. As a family group of four, the room setup was perfect, and restocked soft drinks fridge a nice feature. Breakfast was good, not great for nut allergy sufferers, but that’s common in France. The daily complimentary drinks and confectionary/pattiserie was a welcome treat, as was the option of popping into any of the partner Astotel hotels across the city when in need of a rest! Staff were all friendly and willing to speak French or English according to your preference. Received free tickets for a Bateaux Parisiens trip upon check-in which we used on our first evening and all enjoyed immensely. A great way to see the main sights from the Seine in a relaxed environment.

Very attentive staff and beautiful hotel. I would go back. The room was a bit small and the shower could have been better. However, we had a great stay overall. We appreciated the lobby area and terrace to unwind, have a snack, and a cup of coffee in a comfortable, clean, and beautiful setting.
