Decent hotel but def not beats being advertised. No continental Bradstreet cofffee maker in room not working and no where to get coffee downstairs due to restaurant being closed. Pool was closed no water in hot tub 35$ fee for jets in tub. Ummm no. Nick Saban must run the bldg. doors lock at 8. If you get caught with a pet or smoking it’s 250 and you’re getting kicked out. Lol!

The Hotel has really high tubs and it’s hard to get in and out of the and they have old chairs in the room that’s tattered and they take away from the room the Coffee maker in some of the rooms do not work,pillows on the bed are to soft and they don’t even offer a breakfast.

The check-in process was painful. Front desk staff were obnoxious and abrasive. Disrespectful and no sense of customer service. The room wifi, tv and phone were not working and the no one is available, front desk or housekeeping, to assist by 10pm. No basic amenities like toothpaste and the bar of soap was akready used. Just wondering how this hotel is managing to stay open.

Parking was safe. Hotel was very empty. Lobby seemed nice but the room was quite sub par. The bathroom was nice but the room was missing furniture and the tv only had basic cable (no Netflix or prime sign in options) The elevator was shaky and the stairs are locked.
