Staff was SUPER helpful, very kind and patient. The rooftop area upstairs was great for my parents to get a coffee and to lounge. Great views too. Great location, can't fault it.

8/10 Very good

The room was extremely clean, bed very comfortable. The air conditioning was very quiet and worked well. The room was extremely small and there basically wasn’t a lobby. The location was good for my trip, I just felt the price was high for the size of the room and no lobby.
