One of the smallest Ritz compare to the other ones. There isn’t much to do, very limited amenities and no beach front. Though the hotel have free shuttle to the 2 near by beaches, I don’t think the prices really justified itself compare to the other ritz properties. I guess I was expecting more from it. It’s very far from everything

Ok Okinawa Stay!

Overall the stay was pretty good! Buffet breakfast was quite yummy, would have appreciated a wider variety of fruits. Free transport to restaurant was very lovely, the wait for buggy service from spa was rather long as seemed to only have one buggy. Check in process was slow and after asking for preference of welcome drinks, none arrived even after a good duration of 20-30minutes. Gym equipment half of which were not even in working condition, which was rather shocking. The swimming costume dryer appliance was extremely dirty and put us off from using it. Nonetheless, the service was good and hotel rooms were decent!

4/10 Fair

Well, this was my third time visited this resort, overall is good only encountered an unpleasant experience. I am a smoker and by the time I check in, I was being told that my booking was a smoking room (quite surprise), so I did smoke e-cigarette inside the room. However, by the time I check out, the hotel charged me ¥54K due to I smoked. At that time, I didn’t argue, just paid and told the staff that I was being told I can smoke. Anyway, this made me feel that I was being cheated and robbed. Such a bad experience.
