They helped me check into the hotel and were able to explain to me how the hotel operates. They were very respectful, friendly, and spoke clearly in English. Great stay, very friendly staff and a great clean room despite being the Eco-choice (They clean only every 3 days). Despite some seemingly old and worn plastic parts in the bathroom, everything was in great condition. Perfect for business trips like mine.

Booked a room with three beds and a desk. The room is spacious, clean, and bright. It's location is easy walk to nearby train station as well as to the major hubs and shopping centers.

Good location a few blocks from Umeda Station. Lots of places to eat around there. Umeda Station is basically a mega shopping complex and this hotel is close. Skip the breakfast package. Nothing special. Typical small rooms. Good only for 1 person.
