Got to our room and it hadn't been cleaned. The staff was very apologetic and made things right quickly. Typical size for a European room. Bathroom was modern. Great location and access to many areas of the city. Would definitely recommend.

Travelocity messed up and got us only one, not 2 rooms. Thankfully staff was friendly and fixed the issue immediately. While in a good spot, the neighborhood of the hotel was noisy and the keys were not working reliably.

Great location - very average wifi internet coverage - also asked for a deposit of 250 euro on top of my booking ! Interesting that the deposit was processed within seconds and yet the release of the hold on the deposit has yet to come through on my credit card - very poor.

I made the mistake of double booking, and the Hotel refused to cancel one of the reservations. It's my fault, but it would have been nice if they were more accommodating. Also driving to and parking at the hotel was an absolute nightmare.

This property was maybe a 4 star hotel 30 years ago. Three stars on its best day now. I’d say it’s a solid 2.5. The hotel is tired and needs a multi million euro update.
Our first room AC worked poorly and the carpet was in extremely poor condition. The shower is pretty lame with a half glass wall so everything in the bathroom gets wet. Also the plastic hose to the shower twists under water pressure resulting in water everywhere. We ended up changing rooms after the first night.
The staff on the other hand was four stars. Very helpful and pleasant. Also the location can’t be beat. Right in the center of town. Walk to everything in minutes.

Quiet room. Really quiet despite being on the 2nd floor in the middle of a corridor. Windows facing the inside courtyard.
Really dirty looking carpets throughout. Light beige color, therefore completely stained everywhere. Should have been replaced long ago.
AC not really controllable as always in most hotels.
Breakfast below average:
-food quality just average. And mostly cold.
-coffee machines never serviced and mostly in need of maintenance.
-too crowded around 8:30am. Lines to access foods and coffees.

The man at reception around 6:00 pm August 9th was inattentive. He could not give us any information on cost of taxis. We asked him to order a taxi for the next day but he forgot. When we came to him later in the evening he made us wait while he continued on his smart phone. Very unprofessional.. Otherwise property was great.

What a horrible 48 hours! We booked a suite with a terrace and had a late check in from delayed flights. We got to our room at midnight and it was as hot as a sauna. Of course no sleep on night 1. In the morning we told the desk and they sent a technician to check it out who said the ac had a larger problem. They moved us to a new room and at midnight it was as hot as a sauna again. Go to the front desk and they move us to a 3rd room. Had to repackage and pack again. 3rd room in 48 hours and about 7 hours sleep at this hotel. After all these horrible inconveniences they comped us 2 drinks and 48 euros. I won’t even tell you what we actually paid 6 months in advance. Total ruined our time in a city that bears our name!
