Hotel is located at the top of aguas calientes, so be ready to walk up the hill to get there with your suitcase, but if you choose one of the top floors you can have a beautiful view from the mountain in front of you! The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained—perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Machu Picchu. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their warm hospitality made me feel at home and added so much to the overall experience.
