We booked a suite after sleeping the three nights before in a tent on the Inca Trail. It was perfect. The room had lots of living space and a comfortable king sized bed. We took advantage of laundry services and were able to have our hiking clothes cleaned before we had to check out the next morning. The hotel is in a nice location on the Main Street and near the hot springs.

The gardens were a beautiful place to relax and recharge away from the hustle and bustle of the main square. Definitely stay here!

This hotel is overall very good. Just one concern is that it is on top of the hill and if you are traveling from abroad and not used to high altitude, it is difficult to climb due to steep stairs. I think this is the highest altitude hotel in this town. The staff was very helpful though to get our luggage up and down.

Hotel is located at the top of aguas calientes, so be ready to walk up the hill to get there with your suitcase, but if you choose one of the top floors you can have a beautiful view from the mountain in front of you! Breakfast was great, a lot of options to choose from, and hotel staff was super friendly
