Staying in a mansion is a special experience that I enjoyed. Plus the location is really close to CMU if you have a kid attending the school. The king bed was really comfortable and the full size sofa bed was one of the better ones I ever had. Air Conditioning worked wonder. Hot water was strong. Please note there was no refrigerator in the room. Parking was a little tricky but we were always able to find a space. All the staff were attentive and courteous. Thanks!

The facilities show care and love; the staff are friendly and customer-focused. We appreciated the bar and sitting areas as quiet places for gathering and discussing. The bar offers drink and food options we enjoyed at the end of the day. Our room was quiet, clean, and well appointed. Walnut street, a 15 minute walk away, offered many eating options. The Airport Flyer bus (route 28X) stops on the corner of Amberson and Fifth next to the hotel. The Carnegie Museums of Art and Natural History, and the Phipps Conservatory are a 25-30 minute walk and worth a visit.
