Converted building across street from busy neighborhood eateries. No “front desk” which necessitates online pre-stay registration and then entry codes by email. Rooms are large, interesting design, kitchenette and sitting/dining areas, nice amenities, quiet. Attractive lobby bar All this at lower price than other hotels

It was a bit confusing for us. Parking information was not clear until we arrive there. If you could put street parking is no charge from Mon- Sat from 6pm to 8 am. It was helpful for us.

Deffinitely would NOT recommend or stay again.
Definitely a disappointing stay. The chat feature deletes and disconnects if you leave the page and won't resume if you go back, and the agents take for ever to respond. Considering this is essentially the only way to contact anyone from the property (aside from calling a remote help center) that poses a major problem when the agents take 5+ minutes to respond, so you have to sit there on the page just waiting and if you accidentally answer a text or something you get disconnected and cant resume. The room itself was clean, but the air conditioning wouldn't work correctly and would shut off randomly. Their "solution" was to turn it off and back on, which did nothing. The room never got below 78 degrees all night long so I had to sleep in a puddle of sweat. Also when trying to take a relaxing bath the tub stop didn't work so it continuously drained and I wasn't able to use the tub at all. This was when the issue with chat came up because they wanted me to send a photo but when I switched to the photo app the chat disconnected and I was SOL and I gave up. The property is new and the concept is cool, but in practice there are a LOT of issues that need to be worked out. I would not stay here again.
