Everything was perfect, prime location with only a couple of minutes' walk to the subway stations, the property was very new and had a good amount of space at this price. Only two things that need improvement: 1. the AC keeps blowing strong cold air even at the lowest speed. 2. I only requested 2 full housekeeping services during my 8-day stay; however, each time the staff dropped some of my items to the floor and just left them as is.. Otherwise the front desk staff were very nice and they have nice vending machines on several floors including one ice cream vending machine

The room was clean but a little dusty, not sure why but it didn't cause any issues. Room size was okay, there's a long walkway from the door to the bed so just need to make sure of the space there. Convenient location too! Very near the metro exits, and walkable to Nipponbashi if you don't mind 15 mins walk. And lots of late food options around. Lastly staff were very friendly and helpful too! Will definitely stay here again if the price is right!

It was a beautiful hotel, extremely clean, with super friendly and helpful staff. The location was excellent. The big market (I forgot the name) was within a 3–5 minute walk, and the subway station was within a 2–3 minute walk. It was convenient to get to all the must-see places in Osaka, including USJ. The breakfast was amazing. Extremely high quality with a wide variety of options. It absolutely made our trip to Osaka fantastic. The only thing we wished for was a table and chair in our room. There was also no business center or any table/chair area within the property where we could check emails and do some work (we still needed to work during our vacation). Other than that, it was perfect! We were so glad we chose ANCHORED!!!

The hotel was clean and nice. However staff weren’t helpful. They didn’t help us take our bags up to the room nor did they help us bring it down. Communal bath was nice and clean. Well maintained. Staff did rounds to constantly check if you’re naked which is frustrating. The room is well air conditioned, gets hot or cold pretty quickly. The room tv’s are nice and has streaming services. Please note the volume does not go higher than 35 so you will need subtitles to help understand. Room has a mini fridge but no freezer compartment and no microwave in the room. Ammenities were not on our floor, we had to constant go up and down to watch our clothes or fill our water bottles.

Only knock I would give it is that breakfast doesn't start until 7am, so if you're taking day trips out of Osaka you can't get quite as early of a start. Overall an excellent value for the price and well located very close to Shinsekai and Namba.

New hotel, great facilities with friendly and speedy service. Rooms are clean and tidy. I love the vacuum machine, free to use it to solve the packing problem. The only comment is on the laundry, ¥600 for 30mins washing is way too expensive, other hotels are usually free on washing but charge only on drying. Another suggestion is on the opening hour if public bath, it would be better if it can be extended to 2am instead of 12am.
