Very conveniently located right by Kings' Cross/St. Pancras, with plenty of restaurants, pubs and fast-food places nearby. Friendly and responsive staff, and fairly decent breakfast (including hot food). Rooms were quite spacious and comfortable. Despite the plain exterior, this was a nice find - would stay here again.

We stayed in a family room over the Christmas holiday, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was cozy with comfortable beds and a great shower. The buffet breakfast is a good deal since kids eat free. Just know that if you show up at a busy time you may need to wait for items to be restocked.
All of the staff were very friendly, and the location next to St Pancras was perfect for our stay. This was our first time at a Premier Inn and we'd definitely stay again.

Clean, neat rooms. Location is so well connected to other cities thru King's cross and Euston stations within walking distance. Within London city itself, you could go anywhere thru underground tube stations nearby as well.

The positives are cleanliness, very friendly staff, and an excellent location.
The main downside is the lack of a proper lobby or reception area. The entrance leads directly to the elevators, with a small lounge and breakfast area upstairs. Reception is limited to a small desk with a laptop, which is not always staffed, and there is no direct way to contact reception from the room. This setup makes it difficult to interact comfortably with staff, despite their willingness to help.
Breakfast was basic and disappointing.

Beware of this hotel, customer service is horrible and we were robbed along with 3 other rooms, they stole jewelry, cash and gaming consoles and obviously no forced entry so it was obviously an inside job, I still haven’t received any reimbursement and we do have a police report but it doesn’t seem to help,

Great convenient location. Nice, clean hotel. The staff were kind and helpful. The manager was not hugely helpful and his staff were running themselves ragged! Restaurant was understaffed and the food was average. Terrible cocktails.

I chose the hotel for its proximity to St. Pancraz Station and King's Cross Station for early morning EuroStar to Paris and early morning train to Edinburgh. Grateful that I did as public transport was on strike during our visit so we could simply take a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The check-in staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The evening food server was not very accommodating for a simple request and the cost of 2 mediocre brownies was nearly $20 USD. Overall clean, modern, great location, very happy with our stay.
