This is a small, boutique type inn. There are steep steps to the second and third floors so if you have heavy luggage, be careful. The continental breakfast was pretty good, you can make your own waffles. The “happy hour “ was cheese, nuts, some stale crackers and wine. Great location on the island!

Room not great Crack so big around the door mosquitoes were able to get in the room. The window unit AC so loud you couldn’t sleep on the pretty uncomfortable bed. Never any pool towels at the pool. Location good close to Duval.

Wonderfully situated & quiet suite on United. Cleaning could have been better if more attention had been paid. Warm & hot water took forever. Shower could be much better if it had an attached hose for all around water. Water pressure sucked! Maudia (check in person) was excellent. Kitchen staff appeared angry & was less than helpful. Pool surroundings not kept up. Temperatures of both hot tub & pools were good.

Great location very close to the southern point buoy and beach area as well as Duval Street. Staff was helpful and the hotel was quiet. Multiple pools and a hot tub. 10 or so minute Lift ride from the airport. Definitely would recommend and would stay there again!
