This was one of our favorite hotel stays ever. Great location close to Plaza del Armas, but just far enough away to be quieter. The staff was incredible - so professional and accommodating. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and actually is a living museum with many 17th and 18th century art and furniture pieces! The room was clean with a colonial charm paired with a modern bathroom. The restaurant was convenient and delicious. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is a beautiful hotel that is truly 5-star for its room and facilities. The only complaint we had was that the breakfast service was pretty poor. The food was average, but the service was very slow because they didn't have much staff. We went in July which is peak season. They should staff appropriately.
