The Best Hotel in Cusco
Very nice hotel, great restaurant, great location. The staff is beyond amazing. They are very helpful and very friendly. The morning breakfast is delicious. This is the only place I'd stay in Cusco.

One of the best hotel experiences
This is a beautiful property decorated artistically. Amenities are of the highest quality. Breakfast spread and quality is superlative and included hot dishes from the kitchen. We had superb choices as vegetarians. We stayed for three nights and had three dinners, each a memorable experience. Service is of the highest possible quality. When returned after two days for our last day in Cusco, our stored bag has already been taken to our suite, a generous upgrade. The staff in restaurant, front desk, and others are all courteous and provided all the information we needed. We strongly recommend the hotel, and will ALWAYS stay here when we visit Cusco. The hotel enhanced our beautiful experience in Cusco and our visit to Machu Pichhu. We will be grateful to the staff and remember them fondly.

We don’t always write reviews but our two-night stay was exceptional and really deserves one. If you want to stay in a place that have lots of little details that make you feel welcome, this is the place for you! Since you arrived Victor, Oscar and Edwin welcome you with a coca tea and a big smile. They always greet you by name. We loved the turn down service with warm bottles for the beds and tea time. Special mention to Beto who delivered chocolatissimo desert for our daughter after the restaurant was closed. Sofi liked it so much that Victor, Edwin and Oscar gave her a chocolatissimo to go when we checked out. Excellent Service!!!
