Very cool boutique hotel in the heart of Times Square. Conveniently located, had tickets to the Opera. Smallish room but a totally enjoyable stay.

Even though the rooms were small, more like a boutique hotel, the location was just off of Times Square and the staff was fantastic. It was a very quiet hotel, which is helpful for someone like me who hears every little thing. All staff that we encountered were fantastic.

My partner and I spent a night at the hotel, from the minute we parked outside was stunning and when you walked in you were greeted so warm and kind. All of the staff were so helpful and friendly. Check in until check out was so easy! They held our bags while we went out to enjoy the day. I will definitely be staying there again. Kudos on having such a great establishment and even better staff. The restaurants were delicious the staff there were absolutely the sweetest! Great experience !

Bar was great as well as location. The only negatives were that it was too loud…the noise from outside came through when trying to sleep, and the bed was lumpy.

I've stayed at the Sanctuary multiple times and appreciate how well maintained and quiet the rooms are. This time the hotel offered us a $25 per day credit to be used at any of their three restaurants and their breakfast buffet. We ate at the breakfast buffet the morning that we checked out and we did not receive the promised credit to our bill. When I emailed the hotel about this issue, I was told by the Reservation Manager that the $25 credit does NOT apply on the day that you check out!!! Breakfast was not being served when we checked in, so this policy makes no sense to me. I hope that the hotel changes this policy for future guests.

Great hotel and an even greater staff! One word of caution. Do not park at the Metropolis Parking Garage. Yes, the hotel offers a discount, but if you exit the garage one minute after your 24hr time you'll be charged an additional whole day. We spent $112 to park there for 24hrs and 45 minutes. And that's with the discount!! Smh!!

We loved our stay at The Sanctuary! Super close (5-7 minute) walk to Radio City Music Hall which is why we originally picked it. Everything was so clean and staff was helpful with any questions about the city. We will be back if we ever need to come back to that area again!
