Amazing location, amazing staff. Excellent amenities. From the sake tasting to the pyjamas they supply to the excellent friendly customer service. I’m travelling with my teenagers and we all loved it. Our fav place by far in Japan. So easy to get everywhere from hotel. An absolutely beautiful place.

Great location, very spacious rooms compared to other places we have stayed in Japan. Friendly staff. My kiddos weren't a fan of the breakfast as they had been at other hotels, but it overall it covered the basics. We loved that our room had a washer/dryer and so much wonderful relaxation space away from the sleeping area. There is a great 7/11 and Starbucks on the same block and wonderful restaurants all within a short few minutes walk.

Stayed for 4 nights. Was really convenient for the subway - could just walk and get around most major landmarks. Good breakfast - just walk across the road to the sister hotel - fairly basis, but good fare. Nice lounge downstairs with basic snacks and drinks (didn't use much as always out). Nice clean rooms with good bathroom and laundry. We used luggage transfer which was good - luggage arrived well, but was a bit more complex to send on as the hotel only uses online luggage transfer. The online thing said it would be after 10pm at our next hotel, but it was there before midday - so ended up all OK! Minimal english at reception, but we managed fine.

This hotel was the best one of our trip by far. We shared a room with our two kids and it was incredibly spacious with a separate living area and curtains between the beds. There is a free coffee machine downstairs as well as a small bar where you can have a glass of winen or sake on the house. The washer/dryer in the room is super convenient. I highly recommend this hotel!
