Seikoro Ryokan, Kyoto
Loved my stay, very enjoyable experience.
I loved my stay! The staff is very nice and attentive. They take your shoes and remember which pair belongs to you so when you leave to go out, your shoes are ready for you to put on. Each room has a room attendant which brings you the kaiseki and sets up the bed. The Japanese breakfast and kaiseki were really good! I loved the food here. Everyone is very nice. I tried the onsen which was relaxing. My friends got the massage which they said they enjoyed. My room was in the main building. The bathroom had options where you can soak or take a shower. I would def recommend staying here.

Very cozy hotel.
Very cozy Ryokan, staff are very polite and service quality is top notch. Very close to Kyoto station, a few minutes cab drive away, and within 15-20 min walk to many of the tourist sites. Subway station is a few minutes walk away. Public bath is a must try, very good. Only issues are the shower room smells moldy, as the ventilation is not good. Also the room we stayed in is facing a busy street and it can be noisy in early morning.
