We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Very close to Kyoto station. The staff went above and beyond in helping us locate my husband's brand new cell phone which fell off from his pocket in the taxi. We thought we will never get it back but within 24 hrs, we were told to pick it up from the taxi company. The honesty of the Japanese people is truly remarkable. Overall the hotel stay and the entire trip was great!!!
