I booked a "deluxe double" room, which was smaller than the interior of a minibus.
The paintwork on the walls was falling off, mould in the bathroom.
The springs in the mattress could be felt just by touch, never mind sitting or laying on the bed.
The room was not soundproof, traffic, pedestrians and birds could be heard out of the window and the blind was non adjustable, so no natural light was let into the room.
No towels, soap, toiletries, kettle, cups, tea coffee etc were in the room, although towels were available if we asked nicely at reception.
There was a fridge, although we didnt use it. A very small wardrobe, big enough for 3 coats and a couple of pairs of footwear, but you had to climb over the bed to get to one side of the bed, as the wardrobe obscured the access to that part of the room.
The "ensuite" was small, 2ft wide by 6ft long, you needed to pivot to sit on the toilet seat.
No mention on the website of a cost to use the luggage room, £12 for 2 cases, the receptionist demanded to see our phone for booking receipt. A receipt that was sent to a temporary email address. It claimed we had until 3pm the following day to leave our luggage, yet the following day, we encountered a problem as the same receptionist refused to allow our luggage back into the room, saying our booking was for "one day only". A story which changed twice, from 1 day, to 24hrs, to the day you checked in only.
A very poor experience and i would discourage anyone from using this hotel.
