The female staff member was very welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Room was very clean and was nice to have a bath. Location wise was 5 minute drive from Airport for our early flight. Night Porter ensured we had a good stay upon check out. Would stay again.

Tired, dreary, not good enough. I stayed in room 209 and the bed was simply a disgrace. Made up of 2 single mattresses, one about 15 years old and the other one in its 80s. Sagging, springs sticking out, quite simply unacceptable.
There was no hot water in the shower, the place desperately needs a revamp, it’s old, tired and dirty in places.
Won’t be staying again.

Ballyrobin was great! Very clean, comfortable bed & facilities, everything you could look. Forward to in a 4 star hotel . Only thing that let it down was the food menu was a little bit more than I expected butt the food was good
