Good for a couple of days
It was a good, basic stay. Cool looking hotel but really dark everywhere! Room was fine except it was always way too hot. Even with window opened at times. Overall pretty good stay.

The front desk staff did a great job of helping us find services in the area. I remember Kerry most especially for her helpfulness.

Great place
One of the nicest hotels in Belfast. Very close to City Centre. I didn't have the heating problem others have mentioned. No USB outlets, so bring adapters if you aren't from the UK.

Belfast on Business
In need of an update. Ventilation was lacking. Could not cool down rooms. Could hear all goings on in neighboring rooms. Shower water lukewarm.

Good place to stay in Belfast
This is a very good value when staying in Belfast. Cool hotel, very nice bar, food was good in all respects. Rooms comfortable, easy to get around, wifi was good. Gym is hardly that but at least two machines (nordic track, treadmill) to break a sweat I guess. The small downsides are that the place overall is really dark! I guess for some that suits. Also, the rooms are very warm as there is no temperature control at all and had to keep the windows open to stop sweating and it was in the low 30s outside and snowing. Hate to be there in the summer!. Overall good value, all service folks from the front desk, to the bar and food service were really pleasant and great.
