Great hotel, but pricy
Hotel was just fine. I did feel the the value for the money wasn't that great, but I do have to say the customer service was outstanding at the reception desk. Everyone there was always ready to help in any way possible.

Highly recommended
Very enjoyable stay. The hotel is centrally located and room was updated and comfortable. The hotel staff also helped us book a same day tour. Would recommend this to any traveler!

The rooms could use better lighting.

Something is "off" about this place.
It's decor is dark-on-dark-on-dark. It looks like the set of a haunted house movie. The art in the rooms was weird -- beyond "urban." It, too, was dark and negative. Our room was so-so clean. We had to ask to have the bathroom re-cleaned. There also were stains on the bed skirt of God-knows-what. Lastly -- many of the surfaces of the room and the hotel -- including the headboard of the bed and elevator ceiling were in dark velvet. Perhaps opulent in a residential setting, but it screams "dust" and "dirty" in a hotel setting. Lastly, little things like we asked for more coffee pods. They never arrived. Only one washcloth in the bathroom. . . Just weird.

Very spacious although with all the room in the bathroom, the shower/bath area could have been designed better. A bit overpriced also.
