Overall experience at Park Regis Kris Kin was great with friendly staff at the lobby, front desk. There was no problem at all.
However, I was very disappointed that Hotels.com misled us with INCORRECT & MISSING information. We booked for a 3+ bed, "Suite Triple Room", that has 3 Twin beds, can sleep 3 people. This hotel DO NOT have room with 3 physical beds. Front desk staff explained to us their Triple beds room only has 1 double bed and 1 single bed, and they have room photo in their website specifying what bed type they have. On the other hand, Hotels.com DID NOT have proper photo showing the room and stated "3 twin beds". I was frustrated that we had to share the same beds for the 5 nights at this hotel. I have to file this compliant and asked for compensation that Hotels.com should be giving me the refund!!!
