Room was spacious and beautiful. Looked even better than in the pictures. Staff and owners were friendly. Gave lots of towels. We were steps away from chocolate stores and other great shops snd restaurants, and very close walk to Brussels town hall. Room had a very small fridge (could hold a few water bottles) and no microwave. Would stay here again.

Perfect spot in the heart of Brussels

Nice cozy hotel stay right at the heart of Brussels city center and easy access to all sightseeing joints and food by foot. The hotel staff were helpful, professional and the room was clean and made our stay a memorable one. I recommend this hotel instead of the more expensive ones.

The location is really good and in general good basic level small hotel with friendly service. In my room there were unpleasant smell in the bathroom and it was very difficult to get proper temperature shower due to the old mixer - the temperature was either cold or burning hot. This hotel is hard to get too, due to more tragic and congestion. The room was fine. Not fancy, but had all we needed. In Belgium it seems they don’t supply bath clothes or bar soap. Different then want we were used to. Very close to the Grand Place and lots of restaurants and shopping. Lots of tourist things to see nearby. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful!

Several times the toilet didn’t flush , however, staff was quick to resolve the problem. Breakfast was very good and convenient if you don’t want to leave the hotel in the early morning. It is within walking distance of the Geand place , shops, and restaurants, however, it’s very busy with tourists. You can walk to the central train station and tour pickup locations
