The place is a staffless establishment, very normal in Japan, but if you need any assistance with anything to do with how to get in or any issues, you can contact them through Expedia message at any time and they will help you out as much as they can. Wasn’t the cleanest room, fridge was dirty and pretty tricky to get in to your apartment at first. Great location tho only a few mins walk to a train station and grocery store.

The property is right next to the rail line and the trains run every ten minutes sometines and the noise is terrible 5 am-11:30 pm. We could not sleep and left. The manager did not compensate or change the room. Choose another place to stay.

it’s great that there is laundry, the room is quite small you aren’t able to open a suitcase on the floor. location is inconvenient if you like to stay out late. Other than that it was clean and the neighbourhood is cute and quiet. You get what you pay for basically

The place was in a quiet area. However, staying here was not as convenient as we thought. Checking in was not easy friendly, we have to go through many steps to get to our room (it didn’t help that we were exhausted) because we just need to get into our room to settle in. That was rough. I would not book this place again. If you are traveling with 4-5 people, I do not recommend this place. If you are with 1-2 people, ideally yes, that is the best way to go for a more decent price.

Good for price, but it could have been better if cleaning is done. It was obvious that the room was not cleaned before our visit. The key at the entrance of the building was a bit tricky. I didn’t expect it to be a touch key with that shape…

The room was quite dusty and full of hairs when we arrived. The kitchenette countertops weren’t clean either. The spare duvet cover had an odd smell to it and the sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable but that was to be expected. Also despite having access to a laundry machine we weren’t provided laundry detergent. I’m not sure if every hotel in this way so I might be wrong on that front. The patio/deck was kinda difficult to access due to the sofa bed being right against the windows that led out to it.

部屋は綺麗で特別問題はなかったんですが… やはり共用部のロック解除、各部屋のロック解除事情が周りの宿泊者さんも自分たちも困惑していたので… 説明不足なのか、やり方を変えるのか… ちょっと検討された方が良いと思います！

部屋の広さは寝泊まりするには十分でした。 ただ、掃除に関しては部屋に入った瞬間こもった匂いあまり綺麗な印象はなく、ウェットティッシュを後で購入。 ただ、わざわざチェックインする必要もなく入り方さえ覚えればホテルよりは楽に感じました！ また、機会があれば利用したいです。

離車站有一點距離，但沿路都有吃喝的，車站旁非常熱鬧。門鎖很容易使用。房間很乾淨。提供的平板不知如何使用，我也沒用到。五人家庭住宿非常棒。

布団がシミだらけで汚かった。 部屋全体的には綺麗だけど、埃が溜まっていたり掃除が行き届いていない箇所はあった。 観光で寝るためだけの滞在だったので不便は無かったが、清潔感はあまり期待しない方が良いかもしれないです。オートロックやキーの操作は口コミに書いてあったよりは開けやすかったです。

駅から少し遠い、入り口オートロックの鍵の開け方が難し過ぎて時間がかかった。。 それ以外は隣に人がいないかのように静かだし、お風呂の浴槽と別にシャワーブースもある一般家庭の浴室だし、快適でした。 ただ連泊する場合タオルは1組なので部屋にある洗濯機で洗濯が必要です。
