Lovely hotel. We had checked in online ourselves so it was handy just collecting out keycards from the booth beside the desk. We were going to something in the 3 arena and it couldn’t have been closer. Bar area was lovely. We didn’t have breakfast so I can’t comment what the food was like. Very clean and modern hotel. Checkout staff were really lovely.

8/10 Very good

Staff were very helpful when we asked to switch rooms due to bed size (our mistake not the hotel’s) and offered us a very affordable upgrade. Food and service in the restaurant was very good. Location was convenient with the LUAS and access to the airport. Would stay again!

8/10 Very good

We stayed for 2 nights as we were attending a concert at 3Arena for which the hotel is ideally situated. Staff friendly and helpful and hotel and room very clean. The only issue we found was the air con was very loud so could not use it at night. However, this would not put us off staying again if attending the Arena.

Very conveniently located hotel for 3 arena, parking brill, food in bar fab, staff very attentive. Room needs attention. Beds and pillows very hard and uncomfortable. Shower needs a good bleaching around the floor tiles. Room and bathroom spotless besides. Lovely door staff late at night after concert

Gorgeous hotel, easy access to paid car parking, couple shops, Dunnes stores, Starbucks, cafes downstairs. The tram stops at the front door, so easy to get into city centre. Room was very comfy, spotless! Would recommend staying again. We were checked in and out by Lucas who was very friendly and informative.

Fabulous hotel in a great location. Staff were very helpful and a decent brrakfast was also included in our rate. The beds were very comfortable and house keeping staff were also great. Fantastic service all round. We were attending a dance competition with some very early starts, so a take away breakfast option would be great. We will definitely be back.
