Nice place, very spacious and safe. We were a group of 8 and it was y really comfortable. 30 minutes walk to Broadway. Not many convinience store around but a nice Market at 10m walk.

Had to call for coffee maker. They had coffee and filters but no maker. They need a checklist for next guest and hold whoever rented before held accountable over missing things or this rental is being handled very loosely by management

It was on the level of a European Youth Hostel. The experience could have been improved with better communication between tenet and property management, timely repairs, better signage, and courtesy toward honest customer service.

Overall, the accommodations were comfortable for a quick overnight stay. The studio was unkept and not cleaned upon arrival. Cobwebs, dust, dirty walls and surfaces, even hair and stains on and in the bedding.

Excellent accommodations!
This was a family trip with a group of 5, myself, husband and three adult children - all boys! We had more than enough room and it was a great location in relation to getting to Broadway/downtown.
We enjoyed the dartboard and Uno. It has everything, enough beds, which were comfortable. Three restrooms and a full kitchen.
Our sons said if they return with friends, THIS is where they will stay!!!

The location is amazing for Nashville. 10-15 minites from everywhere including Broadway and the Opry. The room had no storage space for clothes at all and was very cramped in the bedroom space. Lack of drawers and night stands was an issue.

Overall a good stay. There were a few things that didn’t necessarily feel clean, but it was okay. The room was very efficient but we did miss a sitting area. The bed might have been a little too big because you had to sidestep it to get to the washroom and resulted in banging my shin multiple times. Loved that they used Grown Alchemist.

Poor communication with customer service/management,dirty room, remained dirty after clening crew visit, noise for the most part pf the night. It's a cheap rental condo, not a hotel by any means.

This apartment was so cute! It had a a full kitchen with dishes even for cooking. Everything we needed for our stay was there and even a record player and vinyls and an accoustic guitar to enjoy. Entry was easy with a code and the area was safe and close to all the places we wanted to go in Nashville. Oh, and the bed and pillows were super comfy. No complaints at all!

So conveniently located. The layout allowed for us all to have essentially our own apartment space with a beautiful shared area. Germantown was seconds away and the farmers market and museum were a minute walk. Broadway was a quick uber. So much fun!!

Our stay was just ok. As a couple, the room fit our needs completely. The location was fantastic and walkable to almost everywhere. Unfortunately, our biggest complaint was that it was quite dirty upon our arrival. When we reached out to customer service, they did send someone in to come clean again and it was much better. We were disappointed that they didn't clean it properly the first time before we arrived. It is clear that they pump travelers through these condos constantly. Many items in the room were in disrepair.

The property overall was in an OK location but you would need to ensure your vehicle is locked. The area is right at a “transitional” part of the town. Property manager was great to work with as we ran into some issues upon check in. The unit was not as clean as we would’ve liked it to be.
