      Girls Weekend Trip

We stayed at the Virgin Hotel for a girl’s getaway. The staff were all very friendly, and the on site restaurants were all great! I love the decor in all the common spaces. Things were a little dirty, and our shower didn’t drain properly, but the beds and pillows were comfortable.

      Great Hotel

A great place to stay. The room was phenomenal, the bar/restaurant/coffee shop in the lobby are outstanding and the rooftop bar and pool have to be seen to be believed. Exploring Nashville was fun - with all its music, food and bars. A great time and a great hotel.

      10/10

Matthew B checked me in a little after midnight upon my arrival and was the most sweetest individual! Mentioned I had a room upgrade for my birthday and it meant so much to me! The hotel staff even had a cake with a candle and card waiting for me. It was just too adorable and made me feel so much better. It was a perfect mini getaway for my birthday and would completely recommend this hotel to others. It’s in a great location, valet is wonderful also!

      We loved it!

The location was not as close to downtown area as I thought. A short 5 minute drive wasn’t bad though. Very good service and check in experience. A deposit is charged that wasn’t disclosed in the hotel charges and policies. The room was amazing. The dressing area is awesome ! The shower is amazing. My daughter and I were in town for a concert and Bridgestone Arena was about a 10 minute Uber ride with Traffic. Before checkout we had breakfast at the little cafe. It’s very cute and the avocado toast was so good! I did want to note that the refrigerator in the room is kind of small our leftover food boxes would not fit so we had to throw away our food. And there is no microwave. Other than that , we loved the hotel very upscale and modern vibes. We felt safe and loved it there

The service was absolutely amazing! Whatever we needed they were able to provide us with it. No matter how little or big. My boyfriend had forgotten his power cord for his Xbox. We soon realized it was the same power cord as the TV’s in the hotel. So we asked if we could get and extra one and guess what!! They brought one right up to our room! One of the best things about the location is, you are literally in the middle of everything. The only bad thing I have to say is, when you check out make sure you check your invoice! They tried charging us extra. They did reverse the charge and refunded me my money back. Overall, I am very pleased with this stay and the staff who works there. Something they also offer is a rewards program. It is free. All you have to do is sign up. By signing up, you can upgrade your room for free and you get free drinks at the bar daily from 5-6pm. There are other benefits that comes along with being a rewards member.

      Stay at the Kimpton Aerston

I picked this hotel over the Kimpton because it had VIP/GOLD privileges. I got to the hotel at noon thinking that I would be able to hopefully check in early if not then then maybe at 1 o’clock which is two hours before the usual check-in. This is one of the perks of the gold status. They let me know that that would not be possible I got this upgrade for free and there was no rooms available and someone before me had needed to do the same thing and they couldn’t accommodate them either. I was a little put off with them telling me I got the upgrade for free since I spent a lot of money to get to gold status. They made a statement that I booked through Expedia, as if that was a bad thing. I said I booked through Hotels.com and this is one of the perks as well as a late check out. I definitely felt uncomfortable as if they were looking down on me for using an outside service. The manager afterwards was hospitable and helpful and I let him know that I couldn’t check in now until after 430 because I had somewhere to be. He told me that he would put a food credit on there which was a nice gesture, but I still was uncomfortable. My date of travel was a Sunday to a Monday. So I went back at 5 o’clock to pick up my keys, and to make sure that I was scheduled for a late check out. She then told me that she would have to call her manager because it look like they would be full for check ins the next day. Again one of the perks that I use this card and service for was available.
