Westin Nash
Thankfully the staff saved the day. Incredibly friendly and helpful. From the valet guys, Craig the concierge, and the front desk. Called for additional bath towels x 3, with no response. Luckily, a staff member in the hallway saved the day. The gym is exceptional. 6 treadmills and 6 elliptical machines. All machines are Life Fitness. The room was disappointing. On the smaller side. Needs new carpet. No smart TV. No space in the refrigerator to keep water cold.

Too expensive for awful experience
We were not told that we were being charged for the wifi. Luckily Hannah is removing the charge for us. The pillows are horrible. Paid $500 to get a good nights sleep away from our toddlers and got no sleep at all.

The Westin was a great location to be between Broadway and The Gulch. My husband and I had so many places to choose from daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone to stay here as well

Hotel is great.
The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The beds were not very comfortable. The fridge did not work. For the price of the room you would think parking would be included. We didn’t know it was an extra $110 at the end of our stay for parking.

Pretty nice, but could use improvements
Our stay was good. Reception for the TV was bad. Our wireless internet was not good. We could not stream shows on our iPad. The room was very nice. The staff was very friendly. It did take about 20 minutes to check-in, which was frustrating.
