The hotel is a bit tired and bed was not that comfortable. However, the staff was amazingly accommodating. They let us chuck in early, and check out late ! Also, the neighborhood is great and very walkable. Iwd appreciated the coffee dnd muffins in the morning.

The hotel is conveniently located to several subway lines and is a walkable distance from MSG and Chelsea/Meatpacking District. Price was lower than many hotels in the area. That said, breakfast is a little lackluster, the furnishings are old, and our shower faucet let out some brown water when initially turned on.

Staff were courteous and room was clean. Drawbacks: beds were not comfortable, TV didn’t work, no hairdryer (I have never stayed at a hotel that did not provide a hair dryer), no view (our window faced a wall). What I would have expected for a roadside motel not a NYC hotel for $400/night.

Me and my daughter stayed there while visiting New York to see Harry Styles show 13. Great place to stay. Loved the location. Very quiet and clean. The only petty complaint I would have is they only had milk to put in my coffee.The remedy for that is a very nice coffee shop next door to the hotel.

A clean, comfortable hotel with a friendly front desk. The room’s climate control and wifi worked great. There was some noise outside, but that’s to be expected in the city.
