Only there for one night, but the room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the elevator was quick. Very close to everything we needed. Our only complaint was that breakfast didn't start until 8am on Sunday morning and we had to catch a train.

Very nice hotel in great location close to Penn Station but in the less crowded Chelsea neighborhood. Room was relatively large (for Manhattan) and clean. Staff all very responsive and friendly. Fresh bagels & muffins for breakfast included. Highly recommended for great value place to stay.
