My wife and I had a wonderful stay due primarily to a wonderful, caring and humane staff. When we checked in Jana and Petr immediately made us feel at home at this beautiful facility. The warm atmosphere continued throughout everywhere we went including the treatment by the restaurant staff, especially our waitress Katerina. We are grateful for our visit here.

True 5-star experience from parking to spa. Great breakfast and dinner tasting menu. Good wine list also. Pools open early & late. Area around hotel gives easy access to shopping and sights. Underground parking has direct elevator access to rooms. Asked for recommendation for gift options and was referred to local florist that was excellent.

8/10 Very good

Nice hotel in nice area of Bömen

A nice hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious but evening dinner didn’t live up to expectations of the menu card. Very nice spa area. Only note would be the hotel not giving us an upgrade even though the hotel was not full and Hotels.com states such a possibility as VIP/Gold member. We also had to make hotel staff aware of the 20% discount on spa treatments.
