Hotel Features.
Converted from an old bakery, complete with original ovens and exposed brickwork, Michelin-starred (Gault Millau rating of 17) Vinkeles restaurant offers French flavors daily, except Sunday evenings, and reservations are essential. In the summer, guests can dine in the tree-lined garden terrace. The hotel also features Brasserie OCCO with a more relaxed atmosphere. A surcharge buffet breakfast is available every morning from 7:00 to 10:30 AM.

Asian minimalism meets avant-garde European design in the Chinese Room, an intimate lounge bar serving drinks from early morning to late evening. Guests receive a discounted rate at a fitness center 2 blocks from the Dylan, where facilities include a gym with cardio and resistance machines, a sauna, and a Turkish bath. Valet parking is available for a surcharge. Cycling is one of Amsterdam's most popular forms of transportation, and the hotel has a limited number of bicycles for rent. Free WiFi is offered throughout the hotel.

The Dylan Amsterdam's 40 guestrooms feature a blend of European and Asian styles, with bold color schemes, Oriental furniture, and potted orchids. All are equipped with TVs with satellite service, free WiFi, CD players, and minibars. Use of connecting/adjoining rooms can be arranged.

The Dylan Amsterdam, Amsterdam
A hot, sweaty hotel needing A/C
The hotel room would have been great, had there been air conditioning. We were sweltering in the room. We requested they fix the AC but only got a fan for our two nights there. Also, be careful about having the hotel arrange guided tours. We did several and the guides they work with knew about as much of Amsterdam as we learned from our guidebook, with at some points being absolutely wrong!

This was a truly wonderful experience. Our limo pulled up & before we could open the doors we were greeted & our bags taken. The room was large & beautiful & clean. The bathroom as well. Large selection of TV channels. Great service. Lovely breakfast. Perfect location.
