I always stay here when in FIDI It’s safe and the rooms are a great size plus the view of downtown is amazing It’s close to everything The water and coffee is a big plus The only thing was it smelled like there was something sewage backing up on the floor we stayed but you couldn’t smell it in the room and the pillows were heaven

We had a good overall stay and the staff is nice and helpful except for the person name Frances: she (they) is not interested in helping you with anything. The way she talks is also very rude, she sounds like she is scolding you instead of trying to resolve your issue. We liked the free coffee and tea options at the lobby and the corner suite has a beautiful view. Staying here for the second time now.
