Beautiful boutique hotel with excellent service. First time we had breakfast with the option to choose between a degustation or a simpler, faster menu. Hotel is essentially brand new.

Memorable stay, spotless facilities, a place where you feel at home, right in the centre of Casco Antiguo de Salamanca. Rooms are extremely comfortable, spacious beds for a good sleep quality and heated floors. The king of the hotel: desayuno. An unparalleled experience, level of service, taste and quality of ingredients that will leave you wanting to go back - asap.

This is a beautiful upscale boutique style hotel in a very central location. Great decor. Breakfast is a unique gastronomical experience, hence the name. Michelin star-type quality and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this hotel to travellers going to Salamanca!

Beautiful building, newly renovated with only 13 rooms. Staff exceptionally professional and friendly. Breakfast takes the form of the option of 2 tasting menus with both sweet and savoury prepared freshly. A wonderful stay in a wonderful city.

Breakfast to be improved

optimized for a "one-night stand" stay. You will know what I mean if you stay longer than two days. Absolutely not understandable to have the very same, limited set of breakfast menu: the same bread, the same fruit, and the same omulet, etc. On the first day, it was good, and on the second day, so-so, and afterwards, not bearable.....with the "same" food. Staff was so kind!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Eunice Hotel Gastronómico in Salamanca, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. This boutique hotel seamlessly combines the charm of Salamanca with modern luxury, creating an unforgettable stay. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff at Eunice Hotel truly understand the art of hospitality. Every interaction was marked by genuine friendliness and an eagerness to assist, making me feel not just welcomed but valued. Whether it was recommendations for local attractions, special requests, or just a friendly chat, the service was impecable. The ambiance of the Eunice Hotel is both inviting and sophisticated. The elegant decor, coupled with thoughtful touches and attention to detail, creates an atmosphere of comfort and luxury. The cozy lounge areas and beautifully designed rooms made me feel at home while still experiencing the indulgence of a high-end hotel. The warmth exuded by the staff further enhanced this feeling, making every moment of my stay delightful. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the culinary experience. The hotel's restaurant offers an exquisite menu that showcases the best of local and international cuisine.

Unfortunately, the wine service did not meet Michelin-star standards. We ordered a bottle of wine and were served the same wine split across two already-opened bottles, without this being explained to us beforehand, while being charged the full bottle price. At this level, guests should expect transparency and proper wine service. Serving opened bottles without disclosure significantly detracts from the experience, regardless of the quality of the wine itself. This was disappointing in what otherwise could have been a flawless evening. Not acceptable at this level.
