What a gem! Room was spacious, comfortable and clean, amazing shower, beautiful balcony with two upscale chairs on which to relax and enjoy the mountains. The hotel is perfectly situated if you are going skiing, walk to the Glacier gondola and walk everywhere in town. The hotel has beautiful rooms, a spa that is so relaxing and the staff is welcoming and wonderful, I thought they must be the owners! The breakfast is a plentiful buffet and has the most amazing juicers!!!

Hotel was great, service was very nice, and accommodating. Would be great if the shuttle offered service to the ski lifts, but I don’t know if any hotels in Zermatt do that. Would have also been nice to have slightly larger sauna and jacuzzi.

This is the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at. We had a Matterhorn view room which was spectacular and breathtaking, the staff were all so so kind, helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and the facilities were exceptional and so close to the bus stop!! Honestly an incredible hotel, cannot recommend it enough :)
