We stayed here for two weeks and really enjoyed it! The staff was very nice, the bed was comfortable (with two big pillows per person), and everything was SO clean! It was a great location, and we always felt super safe. Housekeeping always cleaned our rooms, even when we left a little later in the day, so we were always able to relax. We also LOVED having access to a washer and dryer. It was really convenient!

The room was super comfortable, modern and cozy with high-quality bedding. The staff are kind to help us check in early from 13h. Location is super convenient to the airport , just 10-15 minutes by car and to the beach, it's around 3-5 minutes. The breakfast was good with fresh omelette

Great location. Cute little cafe across the way. The hotel was about 10-15 minutes away from Airport but they are very close to the Beach and An Thuong Tourist Street. The breakfast is good and many selections. The staff are well-trained and kind.

The HEM hotel is a great located place to stay in Da Nang. 5 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes away from Dragon Bridge ( by foot ). The team at the hotel are friendly and helpful and always greet you with a smile and a Xin Chao ( hello ). The rooms are spacious and well layed out. The shower facilities were really good and the daily house cleaning team were very good.The breakfast selection is great and caters for all nationalties. We have been to Da Nang 3 times and the HEM hotel made it another unforgettable 3 weeks. We don't normally stay in the same hotel twice but next year we may well return the HEM. Most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on in Vietnam. And that says a lot because we’ve been to over a couple of dozens of hotels/resorts all over Vietnam. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean with all the kitchen amenities you would need. We stayed for over 20 days. I ended up booking a room for my cousin and his wife to stay with us.

Very convenient, has a lovely Cafe Kitchen called Voi's across the lanway. Amazing staff, not a large hotel so has very attentive staff and not crazy busy. Lovely pool and each level has laundry facilities to use. Would stay here again.
