Just a one night stay,but enjoyed the historical hotel and the area was great and close to the parks.We stayed on the top floor 18, and the Jr.Presedetial Suite was ideal. Great view and large room. Plenty of options for food all around.

This is a historic hotel located a short walk to the falls. It has interesting architectural features. The 24 hour coffee bar and warm baked cookies and brownies were a nice treat. The staff went above a beyond to make our stay memorable. Shout out to Lenny the manager and his entire cheerful staff. The included breakfast offered many hot and cold choices.

Everything we need is in the hotel especially with the toddler. We had a problem with the door card like 5 times before it work but the front desk are so kind and happy people, that i don't mind waiting to worked its magic lol. We love it cuz we compared it with our families hotel ours are free reserved parking and hot breakfast(hot drink the whole day and surprise yummy snacks in the afternoon).

Absolutely loved the old place. Very art deco and really cool. Staff at front desk were great. Breakfast was hot and decent. Room was awesome. Location is terrific, just walk around the corner to the falls. Only negative was that on the shower stall there was no shelf for soap or shampoo. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was fantastic for walking to the falls and goat island. Desiree was great at the front desk and everyone we met at the desk area was great. Because if traveling with a dog we didnt get to try the bar area. The downfall was the condition of the room. The walls and all were just in bad shape. Maybe it has been slowly being renovated but it was just bad and there was a liquid sound all the time but bad at night. We tried stopping the AC by raising temp and turning it off but it didn't work. Would still stay there for the location and easy parking.
