The Hotel Henry switched our reservation to another property 48 hours before our reservation. We had the reservations booked weeks in advance. Other property was fine but not what we wanted or were expecting at all.

We were told Henry hotel had a water main leak so they gave us an option for upgraded rooms at the mansion on Delaware property. The building is amazing history but the stay was horrific. Never again sorry I felt as if we were staying to give our hard worked money for a historical charity to the hotel. So many hotel negatives to list. People blaring music all night and smelling the place up yet the staff had to be told to resilve the issue. The supposed jet hot tub has no way too plug the tub so that was not happening. The shower was also quite the event to try and get a shower. The staff never even asked how our stay was when we checked out! Unbelievable for a Buffalo Ny Hotel! I have lived in Buffalo and the surrounding areas my while life and this was definitely not the type of hotel/people experience thats associates the city of Buffalo. Again amazing historical property but very poorly executed and managed hotel property!

Best hotel and hospitality ever! Kade and Jose were incredibly hospitable! Every person on staff is friendly and caring and loves what they do. Will be coming back here for years. Sad that our time there is over but we will be back in a month or so. Rooms are clean, nice and spacious. Dining area and fireplace room are romantic and ambient. The art work and decor are top notch. Again best hotel and hospitality that I have ever experienced in my life! Thank you for all that you do!
