The hotel’s location was perfect, and the bed was comfortable. However, some items weren’t replenished the next day. The staff weren’t particularly welcoming.

10/10 Exceptional

Great location to the Gare Saint Lazare Train Station. We used this property for a one- night transition from CDG to take the next day train to Normandy. Perfect location in that respect. They do hold you to the 1400 check in time but did take our baggage so we could get lunch, and shop around. Clean rooms, and friendly staff which was perfect for our needs. Highly recommend.

6/10 Good

Rooms were decent size, outdated decor that doesn’t match the feel of the hotels lobby or amenities. The staff are very nice, however there are better 4-star hotels nearby.

6/10 Good

Comfortable stay, good location. We did not have the breakfast but it looked good. They provide tea/coffee in the lounge area all day which is great. The rooms were comfortable however quite noisy - could hear doors opening & closing. We requested early check in/late check out but they had no availability.
