We absolutely loved our stay at the Kimpton Monaco Baltimore Inner Harbor. Everyone was so friendly and my daughter and I were there for the BTS concert and we had a room with two king sized beds and they were so comfortable I didn’t want to leave lol. I highly recommend this hotel and if we are ever in Baltimore again we know where to stay.

This hotel is an unbelievable gem…it oozes with history, but has a modern feel! I don’t know if we somehow got upgraded to a suite (or if every room in this hotel was as grand as ours), but our two queen room on the 14th floor made us feel like we were living the life of one of the B & O Railroad Presidents who probably used this space as an office back in the day. Our room was gorgeous, clean, and spacious. The ceilings were so high and the bathroom was so well lit and laid out. The staff were extremely accommodating, friendly, and helpful…and we were so relieved that they let us store our baggage for the day while we attended our event at the Convention Center. I am not very familiar with Baltimore, but this seemed like a great location…it was definitely an easy walk to the Inner Harbor and the Convention Center. If we ever travel to Baltimore again, we would definitely stay here again.

The building, especially the lobby, is beautiful. I don't think I've seen a staircase as gorgeous as their lobby's stairs. Staff was friendly and nice. Room was clean, big with high ceilings, and comfy king bed. The windows were not the most soundproof; you could hear a little bit of ruckus outside. But overall I slept great. Wish the room had bathrobes! Nice hotel though, and was happy with the price I paid. I would visit again.

Lovely room and comfortable bed, but surprised at the shortage of towels provided and the state of the bathroom (broken shampoo/conditioner unit just hanging on the wall).. Needed to make multiple requests before the problem was solved. We were happy to have a bar/restaurant on-site, but again, surprised with how poorly stocked the bar was, and how unfriendly the bar and restaurant staff were. I ended up walking to a neighborhood deli after standing for over 10 minutes without an acknowledgement. I also heard restaurant staff talking poorly about customers quite loudly. If you’re paying nearly 400/night to stay somewhere, this is NOT the service you would expect.

The room was nice and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The hallways had an odor and I had too many issues with my key card and wasn’t able to either get to my floor or enter my room without assistance from the staff. For a four star hotel, irons, ironing boards, and microwaves should be included in every room. Also, nothing in Baltimore downtown is what I would consider walkable from a safety standpoint.

Interior of the hotel was beautiful. Just as pictured. Received a complimentary room upgrade due to a birthday and the room was stunning. Also received 2 complimentary drink tickets for the hotel restaurant. Only negative was the AC in the bedroom area wasn’t working as well as the living room. Overall would stay again !

The Kimpton Hotel Monaco Is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in Baltimore. The rooms are very clean. The staff was very professional! I went there with my girlfriend and had a beautiful time. We were able to connect to the TV with our device without any problem at all. Making the rest of the night smooth and problem-free. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anybody coming to Baltimore, or just needing a room to stay in for a night or more. The breakfast meal will cost you a little extra, but the restaurant is worth the expense. I really loved my stay.
