Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore, Baltimore
Above and Beyond
We've stayed at lots of different Four Seasons hotels and the bar in general is set very high, but this hotel easily exceed every expectation. The property is first rate in every respect, but it was the exceptional service from guest registration (including arranging an early check-in in advance) and the spa, and from everybody else we dealt with, that made the difference. We want to go back to Baltimore just to stay in this hotel.

Good--but expensive--place to stay.
The hotel is lovely & its in an excellent area with many sights to see and some excellent restaurants. On the negative side, it wass fully priced.

Very Good8.0
Mostly great
We arrived for late check in and the house keeper was in the room making up the sofa bed — we only needed the one bed. It was nearly 8pm, so that was rather awkward and uncomfortable. We left to attend an event in the ballroom and when we returned the sofa bed was left out. Just a bit odd. Overall the hotel is perfect, we just felt like the room should have been ready for us.
